Thank you for shopping with Future Bike. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we ship your order and what to expect.

By ordering form Future Bike you are accepting the shipping policy down below.

Free Shipping

Orders over $49.99 ship for free. For orders of $49.99 or less, shipping costs are calculated at checkout, before you complete your payment.

Delivery Time

Shipping takes 7 to 12 business days. The delivery time starts once your payment is confirmed and your order has been processed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please note that this is an estimate. Circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs procedures, weather conditions or holidays, can occasionally cause a delivery to take longer.

Order Processing

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Once your package has shipped, we will send you a second email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your address details before completing your order. Future Bike is not responsible for orders that are not delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible, before your order has shipped.

International Shipping and Customs

For international shipments, import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Damaged, Lost or Delayed Packages

• Damaged package: contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the package and the products.
• Delayed package: first check the tracking information. If your order has not arrived after 12 business days, please contact us.
• Lost package: we will investigate the shipment with the carrier and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement shipment or a refund.

Customs and Duties

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees or other import charges, depending on the country you are ordering from and the value of your order. These charges are set by the customs authorities of your country and are not included in the product price or the shipping costs.

All customs duties, taxes and import fees are entirely at the expense of the customer. Future Bike has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. If you are unsure which costs apply, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.

Future Bike is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
